this is pretty accurate. and yes, i agree that theta chi is middle. they have improved a lot. in terms of actual frat houses, on the outside, they have the coolest and frattiest house on russell. they just need to recruit a little better. definitely a house on the rise. i can see them being a SOLID middle by next year.

Yeah sorry, Theta Chi is not a middle house. Although they're improving, they have no sorority relations. We barely exchange with them and it's more so out of pity. Also, there's too many houses that are Top/Middle. The only way they can be middle is if some houses fall (AEPi, Sigma Nu and possibly D Sig) to make room for Theta Chi to be a middle house.

Who ever said that middle had a limit of three houses? Notice that they are a LOWER middle house: a lot of what you said about lackluster top 4 sorrority relations is true so I accounted for that. With that being said, they are a step up from the bottom houses so putting them in bottom did not seem like a good fit.

@almost TX below Sigma Nu? That is laughable. Sigma Nu is a solid mid tier fraternity. Winning every Greek awards doesn't make you one of the top fraternities lol.
