lol this isn't 2011, times are changing

This site was always funny to look at every now and then. Now the trolling isn't funny, it's just lame.

Ignore the trolls who are trying to be other frats on other guys pages; it's just sigma chi.

Let me make it clear that just because a top tier frat doesn't currently have a house does not mean they are suddenly losers. They are still top because they're fun, hot, and not full of a bunch of losers that might as well be GDIs. Let's be real, the top frats will always be the ones who get the hottest girls and are the most fun to party with, not the ones with the awards that don't even mean anything.

Pike (just got a new chapter house, hot, love their new pledge class)
Theta Xi (hot, great open parties(

UPPER MIDDLE
SAE (lost their house but still love the guys)
AEPi (love these guys)
Delta Sig (lost their house but still cute and fun. newer pledge class a little weird though)

MIDDLE
Sig Ep (rising because of their new pledge class, but that might stop if they continue to constantly party with uglies/weirdos like Theta and Chi O
Sig Chi (try hards but they're fun and some are cute)

LOWER MIDDLE
Chi Phi (small, not that big of a presence except for a few open parties, house on Russell)
TKE (the only reason I'm ranking them in middle category is that they got sig eps old house. doesn't mean they're suddenly huge fratstars, although they like to think they are. they're creepy and not cute but there's a few nice guys. they're better than like theta chi but that's not saying much. "can't go greek, go tke")

If there's more that aren't listed, it means that they're THAT unknown.

My two cents:

SigEp, SigNu- pretty similar, large frats, nominally top tier, although I think that really doesn't mean that much at Davis. Nice guys, nobody really hates them.

Pike, Theta Xi, Delta Sig- formerly top tier, but now falling fast (some harder than others)

SigChi, AEPi- toppish tiers, have their own niches. Probably going to be solid frats for a while

Theta Chi, TKE, Phi Delt- on the rise in their own way, some faster than others

DChi, Sammys, ChiPhi- lower tier and don't show much sign of movement


That being said, what counts as top and lower tier is pretty suggestive, and says more about their frat as a whole rather than their individual people. And of course these "rankings" fluctuate wildly year to year so a year from now this is probably going to be very outdated!

If you asked a senior or maybe even a junior, they'd say DSig, Theta Xi, Pike, and maybe AEPi are top houses. If you ask a sophomore or junior, they'd say SigNu, SigEp and SigChi and maybe even TKE are. Top houses are falling and middle houses are rising. This year we'll see where houses rank as this past year was a transition. And there's no point to rank SAE, in case you haven't noticed they're not on campus anymore...

totally agree with you. we dont care about the awards, as long as you're good-looking gentlemen who show us a good time. no one EVER gets excited over a sigma nu or sigma chi exchange. sorry

I'm so glad greekrank ratings and tier lists are 100% accurate & truthful, ignore personal biases, and are so extremely important in determining what people think of fraternities and sororities on campus.
