It's hard to do rankings right now because the five frats I would have ranked at the top in the beginning of the year (Theta Xi, D Sig, Pike, SAE and AEPi) all have messed up. Theta Xi has been nonexistent and got horrible pledge classes and the seniors are leaving, D Sig lost their house, Pike is still houseless and has a horrible rep, SAE is gone and AEPi has that lawsuit/went MIA.

Then you have the middle tier fraternities of last year making rises this year to potentially be top houses such as Sigma Chi and Sig Ep.

TKE has definitely improved probably middle tier now and Sigma Nu hasn't really improved too much since last year and still basically take anyone so they're still middle. And honestly, I don't know how Theta Chi is getting such good/ok reviews here... I wouldn't be caught dead if I was with one/at their house.

All the other frats don't matter, Phi Delt has potential in a few years and all the "country" girls will always love AGR.

All I gotta say is that the people who post here, are most likely either in TKE, Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, Sigma Nu, or Sig Ep.... AKA all the losers. Besides from sigep who has some potential in the future, but is currently still a joke. All these houses are full of loser creeps. The real frats are and will keep being Pike, Theta Xi, Delta Sig, and SAE.

lol @ the bitter Theta Xi below. You guys are old news, go lose your three houses with SAE and D Sig and live off past glories. How'd it feel getting 9 loser pledges in the fall and virtually no one in the spring?

These ratings are all a joke. There are so many variables for a "top house". Whether you want douchebags or good guys to hang out with it depends. Look at SigChi and SigNu, they win all the awards no one cares about, and do people care about them? Up to you. Houses getting kicked off sucks, but you have to understand and not get mad that this site is purely for entertainment purposes. Just because a house is on top doesn't mean it is the TOP HOUSE. It's the greek rank top house, which doesn't mean anything in the real world.
