Obvs these boards are self rating, so here are the top frats and sororities:
Theta xi, Pi Kappa Alpha, Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Alpha Epsilon Pi was doing really well and perhaps moving up to be with the others but then they got caught hazing.
Top sororities are Delta Gamma and Alpha Phi, followed by Kappa Kappa Gamma and Pi Beta Phi. Those four are all nice.

Upper Tier:
Sig Ep, Theta Xi, TKE

Middle Tier:
Theta Xi, Sig Nu, Delta Sig

Lower:
Chi Phi, Theta Chi, Delta Chi, SAM

Top Frats:

Theta Xi

Middle: TKE, Delta Sig, Sigma Nu, AEPi

Bottom: Chi Phi, Theta Chi, Delta Chi, SAM,

Pike spikes and Theta Xi juice heads living off former glory from 5 years ago. Anyone who actually thinks any of these ranks are real needs to lay off the crack.


Pike and Theta Xi are both bottom tier. Sigma Nu is high tier, Theta Chi is mid tier, and Sigma Chi is upper middle tier. TKE is high tier. The rest don't matter (implying lower tier frats like Pike and Theta Xi matter)

These ranks are literally the biggest joke.

Pike has the worst reputation on campus nowadays, and Theta Xi isn't much better off. Not sure what to think about AEPi since they had that lawsuit thrown at them. SAE's gone. Delta Sig's on their way out, they just lost their house recently. Harsh year for former top dogs. AGR has zero presence on campus. Sig Ep and Sig Chi are moving up, TKE and Sig Nu aren't doing bad either.

If anybody is still calling Sig Ep, Delta Sig, Pike or even Theta Xi top houses, you're delusional or you haven't been here four years. Those houses are on their way down. Sigma Chi, TKE and Sigma Nu are on their way up and are fighting for top house. Watch out.

What do you even rank an organization on?

- How good looking they are?
- Number of guys?
- House Location and Size?
- Chill to pull ratio?
- Social Presence?
- Community Presence?

This is ridiculous. Everyone has what they care about most and all this self-rating going on is redciulous. Just meet me them and figure it out for yourself.

All these Frats occupy a certain niche market. The better question is, what demographic are you in?

I'd be willing to bet that will determine who you think is top house.
