Moderate depending on how low the GPA is. All houses have a minimum GPA for recruitment. For some houses where GPA is high (ie Pi Phi) it would be a bit harder to get in as you may not meet the minimum. Idk how strict other houses are but I know in my house if you don't meet the GPA requirement you will not be called back even if you had a great connection.
