frat ranking fall 2018

Top Tier (NO ORDER): exchanges with top sororities, girls love them
Sigma Chi (great philo and relations with sororities)
Pike (fun group of guys and throw great parties)
Zete (diverse and throws the most open parties in top tier)
Sigma Nu (great brotherhood and huge house)

Lower Top Tier: fewer exchanges with top sororitys but has good relations with them
Theta Chi (cool house, the brothers there are nice too)

Mid (NO ORDER): has potential to move up
Pi Kappa Phi (small house, has the potential to move up in ranking if they have a bigger house)
TKE (nice house in parkway circle, throws open parties beginning of the year, wins philos)
AEPi (don't know much, but they exchanges with top sororities once or twice)
Chi Phi (house looks nice from the outside, exchanges with top sororities once or twice)

Low: frats I never heard of
the rest

For incoming freshman, don't depend on greek rank. The posts here are subjective, including this one. This is just the frat ranking in my opinion and from what I heard. Rush a frat that you truly believe that you fit into :)
