rushing for a sorority as a sophomore

I know DG accepts very few sophomores if any, mostly freshman! Pretty sure the others are more accepting of sophomores. APhi KKG AXO Pi Phi accepted more sophomores. It could go either way, if you’ve had issues with some of the girls that will obviously not work in your favor! But ultimately it all depends on how you click with the people youre paired up with. A little bit of luck goes into it too because again it all depends on who you’re paired up with and how you click! Because let’s face it you won’t click with everyone in a sorority.

I dont recommend rushing as a sophomore because there is more competition and houses are more selective. Maybe your junior year so your choices are more open since some people drop after their second year.

i'd say go for it if joining a sorority is something you want to do! Unless you're dead set on getting into DG (because they take maybe 1-2 sophomores each year), rushing as a second year should not be an issue. Keep an open mind to every house because every single one has great girls with a lot to offer!
