is pi kapp still a top house?

I'm a pledge for pi kappa phi, I took my bid because this guy from my high school is in it and they said they've been top house at davis for a while. I'm starting to think they were misleading me, are they still a top house? were they ever? I'm thinking of dropping and rushing a better place that's a better fit

Not a top house. Doing a lot better recently. Doubt they were a top house before, idk tho
