2012-2013 fraternity ranking

Alright, so let me give an insider view from someone who is neither a freshman, nor a GDI.

First off I would like to say this is mostly my opinion, but most of my sisters agree with me and I am pretty confident that most of the greek world does as well (at least the sororities).

So for this whole "top house" thing... it's pretty subjective, in our house we have the names of 3 or 4 Fraternities floating around as the "top houses" so for the sake of argument I am going to just create a tiered list and place the Fraternities in no specific order.

Top Tier:

Theta Xi
Pike
Sigma Chi

High Tier:

Delta Sig

Middle/High Tier:

AEPi
SigEp

Middle/Low Tier:

Lamda Phi Omega (SAE)
Sigma Nu


Low Tier:

Theta Chi
TKE
Delta Chi
Chi Phi

LOL @ a Sigma Chi pretending to be a sorority girl to rank themselves as a top house. You are aware of the fact that it tells you the time of posts on here? Try not posting a ranking of all the fraternities with yourself at the top then posting a positive (all 4's and 5's) on your own page four minutes later with the same screen name. Get off GreekRank please.

Sorority girls don't really ever even write on fraternity discussion. They are so preoccupied with the sorority discussion they don't even care or bother. This ranking was definitely written by a Sigma Chi btw.

Yeah this is clearly a Sigma Chi who did the rankings. I don't know anyone who would call Sigma Chi top 3 with Theta Xi and Pike. I would say AEPi SigEp and even D Sig are better than Sigma Chi.
