how important is greek life at davis?
by: XoxoI know that at some large state schools all things social pretty much revolve around greek life and was wondering how it is at davis. Does greek life have a large presence on campus? Is it hard to find parties for nongreeks?

honestly, college is all about what you make it, and that applies to your social life as well. Davis is not a super greek heavy school, so not joining does not completely eliminate your social life-- but you gotta put yourself out there. Joining greek life is a sure way of making friends and having a way of meeting new people all the time. It's definitely harder to find parties if you're not in greek outside of welcome week parties and the occasional open ones (esp. if youre a dude). I always recommend that people at least try it out
