kind of in order of best->worst physical houses

Sigma Chi / Sigma Nu / TKE: Parkway circle, all nice looking houses and locations. TKE is kind of the outlier here

Theta Chi / Pike / AEPi: On Russell, all are more rundown and dirty but good locations

Zeta Psi: Really weird and crappy location socially for a frat. Right on the edge of campus near downtown. Small house. They have most of their events at satellite houses because of this

Theta Xi: Downtown, large, but rundown. It's 3 separate little modules that are all on 1 property

Phi Delta Theta: Looks like a sorority house and is dry. Downtown, crappy location and not sought out

Sigma Alpha Mu / Nu Alpha Kappa / Alpha Sigma Phi / Pi Kappa Phi: In parkway circle but 1/10th the size of Sig nu/Sig chi/TKE's houses and are connected to each other. These are basically condos/townhouses and not desirable

Alpha Gamma Rho: Super far from campus, rundown house. Unheard of

A few other frats have "houses" but they either are very irrelevant or are just groups of brothers unofficially living in a house. One example of this is beta theta pi
