Top Fraternities (no order): Pike, Theta Xi, AEPi, SigEp, Sigma Chi
Top Sorrorities (no order): APhi, DG, Pi Phi, Kappa

Can we at least agree on that?

curious as to where delta sig is on that list... and sigma chi and aepi are extremely debatable at this point

a bunch of lower houses are trying so hard to be on the top here. None of actual top frats are mentioned. Delta Sig, Pike and Theta Xi are the top and have chill bros.Theta Xi hazes crazy, Delta sig lost their house but they are getting a new one next year and Pike is a solid top but they have some awkward bros. KKG and DG are the only top sororities in UCD except KKG is doing better this and last year.

really? kappa has some strange girls too, i wouldt go saying theyre the only top with DG. clearly there is a top four with dg, aphi, and piphi, kappas in there too but half of them are kinda socially awk and the other half are awesome.

you have the frat stuff dead on though.

this is the truth. the top houses are so interchangeable between the fraternities and sororities. It is based on personal preference between both sets of the tops.

bumping for relevance. This is the truth. They're mostly interchangeable but have some degree of hierarchy. Like Kappa is always 4 and the other three are interchangeable. For frats, it's preference but it's usually Pike/Theta Xi and then SigEp/AEPi/Sigma Chi
