ifc fraternity rankings pre-rush fall 2012
by: FratRank
Lots of changes in IFC fraternities this last year, as of 9/25/12, here are the rankings based on so many things that have gone on this previous year:
TOP HOUSE: Sigma Phi Epsilon (potential to drop due to new house)
Upper Tier: Delta Sigma Phi(extremely high chance of dropping due to loss of house), Pi Kappa Alpha(top-house complex, was declining last year but they finally got a house)
Upper Mid Tier: Alpha Epsilon Pi(hazing scandal, lots of parties), Tau Kappa Epsilon(much improved new house, weak sorority relations), Sigma Chi(top-house complex, weak sorority relations)
Lower Mid Tier: Theta Xi(top-house complex, lots of parties, far from campus), Theta Chi(lots of parties, low involvement, weak sorority relations), Sigma Nu(high numbers, very weak brotherhood, parties are rare)
Lower Tier: Sigma Alpha Mu(low numbers, tiny house), Chi Phi(low numbers, fun open parties), Delta Chi(weak involvement, some members very creepy)
BOTTOM HOUSE: Phi Delta Theta(no parties, far from campus, not involved) and all other fraternities not listed
Rush is coming up, we'll see what happens this year

Guy is talking out of his ass. There's no way you know everything that happens, plus there is no way delta dig is that high up. They lost their house due to low numbers for a reason. Now they don't even have a house. You putting pike and dsig that high discredits everything.
#4by: SigEp SB
It's crazy how SigEp got so big and all of a sudden, due to the actions of one person, their entire house went to the crapper. It just shows that without hazing, you don't have a real brotherhood. They tried to restart the chapter, but the Juniors and Seniors would rather be in some BS club and keep having exchanges with beet ass sorority girls. So, next year, SigEp will have Juniors, no Seniors and no sophomores, no house, no sorority relations.... Balanced Man Program can suck my d.
