out of state

So I initially was going to go to KU, my state college. However, I randomly had a change in heart to go to UC Davis this upcoming year. Is there any open spots in fraternities at this point for out of state kids? I'm assuming there isn't because it is pretty late into the spring but I figured I'd ask.

Fraternities at Davis don't recruit that far ahead of time. IFC forces them all to have rush the same week during early fall quarter. Just show up to fraternities you are interested in during welcome week and rush week then see where you want to pledge.
