Although they lack diversity they’re known for being pretty, smart, and social girls. Pretty much the full package. Solid house without a doubt.

super genuine group of girls. definitely on the rise and unlike other "top" houses, the girls all have different looks and interests. good balance of school and social and also very involved around campus. honestly nothing bad to say

I honestly don't get why people are negative in the comments. Just because they are pretty, doesn't mean they are fake? Coming from someone in a different sorority, I can say that theta wasn't home for me, but they do have a great sisterhood, they FULLY supports other sororities, and are involved in a lot.

Everyone says they hate this sorority because they are jealous of them. They are super pretty and love their sisters. A lot of the sororities don't do much on campus but all my friends in Theta are always volunteering and are all best friends.

This chapter is one of the best houses on campus. All the girls are friendly and care about each other. Everyone is academically driven but can still party and have fun.

From an outside perspective (I attend UCD) I can really how genuine and kind the thetas are. They go above and beyond for their philanthropy events and are always involved on campus whether it has to do with fundraising for a good cause, putting smiles on the students faces, or getting involved in other greek life events, you will always see thetas promoting confidence and happiness. I don’t understand why there are so many negative comments when they are always so kind to those around them

The girls in this house can be a little wild at times but overall Thetas are extremely involved, beautiful inside and out, and the sisterhood is extremely strong!

The bunch of negative comments here are from competing organizations—no one else would bother. It should tells you something. Every organization has problems. Some are just too preoccupied with self ranking. Freshmen, use your common sense when you choose and evaluate sorority. Follow your instincts and not the bs info on this site. People respect Theta because they are the smartest and the “pickiest” out of all good looking and socially relevant groups on campus. But it is not everyone’s cup of tea.
