Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.2 They literally bid everyone then drop half of them to make it seem like their pledge process is difficult, and yet somehow the goobers still slip through. Maybe try not bidding every kid who walks through the door.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.7 Don't know why so much hate for these guys. Solid middle tier frat, very diverse group of guys. Seem to be big on body building, lots of good parties. Got rid of a couple really creepy guys which helped a lot. Some cool guys, some dweebs, generally pretty nice though and fairly safe parties now.

Obviously they are doing something right because they have been getting better over the last three years, better pledge classes, more involvement, better sorority relations, better looking guys. Things change, put in the work and you can move up. Some don’t like the change but oh well. Keep doing you Theta Chi. The hate means you are moving up and people are noticing.
