Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.0 They aren't top house but, are definitely moving up in ranks. They are an involved fraternity and do have multiple philanthropy event's a quarter. They don't throw constant parties but, when they do they are usually some of the best parties (e.g Halloween& mardi gra) number wise they need to grow otherwise they'll never even be close to top house. overall though, these are some good guys.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.5 theta chi is definitely on the decline. I heard they were having non-brothers live in the house so they could keep their houses. Brothers are cool and their parties are always fun.
