Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.0 Oldest active fraternity in Davis. Historically top house, but the last 4 years were rough due to constantly being on probation and restricted registration. HOWEVER, the last 3 quarters have brought them back! Currently 45 brothers strong, with an upwards trend that will carry over well into the next couple of years. This frat has everything to be top house: best location ever, nicest frat house in all of Davis with so much history, and the best parties ever. In 2 quarters, they're top house.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.4 The bros were very hospitable to my chapter and they seemed hella chill. They are a growing chapter and should be considered a serious force. You guys are doing work! Theta Chi!

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.2 This is easily my favorite frat. They aren't the classiest guys in Davis but they know how to have a great time. I've been to all their major parties (Halloween, Party Gras, Red & White) and I have to say that they've been the most memorable at Davis. They're an underrated group of guys because they're house is old and they aren't involved with the Greek system as much. But honestly, if they clean up a bit and get more involved, they could be top house in the coming years.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.2 Great group of guys that know how to have fun and treat/respect women; unlike other fraternities, I do not need other female friends when I go to their parties. Are not that involved on campus but are growing fast and def have the best parties in Davis.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.2 unique house that's a lot of fun. throw the best parties and kind of have a reputation as the "animal house" of greek life. aren't necessarily as involved in greek life as other fraternities, not necessarily a bad thing. best way to put it is unique. guys are funny, some are even attractive and charming.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.6 these guys definitely aren't top tier, but i wouldn't say they are the worst. the guys are really cool. some are weird, but i find most of them cool. some of them are even cute. very nice guys, one of my favorites :)
