Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.0 This fraternity has big parties that they cannot control. Party attendees trespass onto neighboring properties, even going so far as to open closed and latched gates in order to trespass. Not only is that illegal, it is very disrespectful.
