Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.3 Pretty far away from campus. After the pledge classes they got last year, it might not be looking good on account of those former pledges now being the face of the fraternity to underclassmen... they lost some good seniors.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.8 Irrelevant this year, no campus presence at all. Have the mentality that they think they're still a top house so they don't have to do anything lol good joke and they only won greek week because kappas go insane to win... and I heard they're losing their houses or can't have letters on their houses or whatever, helloooo SAE 2.0

They are on the downhill and received a whopping 0, i said 0 spring pledges. They have a good amount of seniors graduating and this house is on the complete downhill. guys think they are all that, but they are just creep bros who try to hard. its like talking to a wall when i go to exchanges. they are creepy at the bars and think parties are fun for girls when there are no guys there. one of the houses that are steadily declining
