Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 5.0 If you dont think theta xi is THE top house at UCD, you must not be very involved on campus because these guys are everywhere. I dont know how they do it but they seem to be able to put up #'s in the gym, donate $ to charity and get ladies #'s at their crazy exchanges. They are the most well respected, most established fraternity at UCD and therefore serve as a model for the other fraternities.

If you dont think theta xi is THE top house at UCD, you must not be very involved on campus because these guys are everywhere. I dont know how they do it but they seem to be able to put up #'s in the gym, donate $ to charity and get ladies #'s at their crazy exchanges. Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.2 Honestly, they're not even that cool anymore. Their juniors and seniors aren't that great aside from maybe a handful of cool ones. Sororities only like them because of the name like high schoolers wearing Abercrombie; you know the brands not cool but the people wearing it think it's cool af.
