Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.0 They ride the reputation of their past. They have literally done nothing in recent history to prove their self-given title of "top house." Really a sad waste of a frat

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.6 Theta Xi is a joke. They have no respect among the greek system, and the only thing keeping them hanging on by a thread is their older member's personal relationships with random sorority girls. These guys are terrible to be around, have no morals, and treat women terribly.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.0 Still considered a top-tier house at Davis because of their solid relations with the top sororities, BUT they have basically disappeared lately. Barely involved, nonexistent (and weird) parties, and the brothers just aren't as cool anymore.
