These guys are definitely moving down....QUICK! Please recruit better looking guys, what's going on....? They definitely have no involvement what so ever on campus, and their parties are fun, but it's mostly freshies, once you hit upstairs, the real party happens, can be fun ;) but let's be real, these guys a douchey (some)think they are the wolfs of 1st street and call the cops on other parties! They definitely need to pull themselves up before they end up at the bottom of their downward spiral

These guys are known for throwing the best parties in Davis, the only ones everyone looks forward to. No other frat even schedules a party on the same day. It might be because oftheir huge property (a whole block of downtown) orthe fact that all their neighbors are businesses, but I've never seen a TX party get rolled by the cops. Cute guys too that are definitely alcoholic, but in a fun, friendly way. Definitely the animal house of Davis

These guys are awesome. Most genuine group of frat guys you will meet. Also throw without question the biggest and best parties of any fraternities on campus. Nothing beats their house on 1st Street.

This boy Grayson is the best guy that theta XI has. He's a mess all the time but that doesn't stop him from looking good and lifting all the time. If there is one guy out there that knows about tittie city it's him he completely loves tittie city and will probably be the mayor of tittie city by the end of the school year. Absolutely LOVE this frat! They have a reputation on campus for being too fratty but they're a frat...so what are you expecting. Definitely a fun bunch of guys who just love to have a good time being goofy and vibing off of each other. They're also the only house to throw parties for the whole campus without getting shut down so keep up the good work guys!

A lot of the guys will be nice upfront and talk sh.it behind your back. Most of the guys seem to be immersed in the mentality that if you’re not in TX or in Greek life at all you suck.
