Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.8 I don't know what all these accusations are about Sigma Chi doing this self rating thing, but from a real Sigma Chi, I think this house is on the rise, along with ourselves and Sigma Nu. They are a strong house with good brotherhood and I think that they are definitely a top house. I hate that there is sometimes animosity between our houses but I think we can do great things for partway circle if we collaborate. I think any house is a good house, it's just about preference.

They made a dumb ass move though. Their old house was much better. Had a much larger common room and better location (to not get rolled by cops)
