Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.4 Any other rating than top tier just isn't accurate. Compared to what other houses in Davis? Along with maybe Pike, Sigma Chi, and barely Theta Xi, they easily hold their own in the top tier. Anytime I go over with my friend they are so friendly and they don't creep me out if I'm sitting by myself like I've had at other frats. I see them drinking together on weekends and some afternoons, and they have a lot of fun. Great group of guys and awesome house and location.

Any other rating than top tier just isn't accurate. Compared to what other houses in Davis? Along with maybe Pike, Sigma Chi, and barely Theta Xi, they easily hold their own in the top tier. Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.0 Def an irrelevant house, nobody knows who they are. I ask my unaffiliated friends in the dorms if they want to go, and they be all like no Im going to phi delt. And no houses respect them, kappa sig and alpha sig (my favorite) don't like them.
