Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.8 I really like this guys. They have private parties but it's really lit. They're not the top frat but they're definitely on the rise. I can see them being on top in a few years. I hang out with them all the time and I really the way they treats their guest. Most of the brothers are really nice and chill. Overall i think their frat will be one of the top frat soon.

The brothers not only make sure you have great time, they also make sure that everyone is having fun and feels welcome. They are full of outstanding guys and I have a great time each and every time I'm there.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.8 I wish I knew about these guys earlier. I didn't know you could actually feel safe at parties in Davis and then I was introduced to Phi Delta Theta. Gorgeous gorgeous house. If you are lucky enough to receive an invite to their parties, they're not one to miss.
