Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.8 Very chill guys! They don't have a lot of open parties but if you're lucky enough to get invited to one, you'll be sure to have a good time! Always have a blast with these boys and they're classy too. There are a few weirder nerdy guys but they're really nice and not creepy. Every frat has that. But they also have hotties too! <3

Very chill guys! They don't have a lot of open parties but if you're lucky enough to get invited to one, you'll be sure to have a good time! Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.0 It takes a special kind of stupid to be a bottom tier fraternity even when you have a massive alumni network and a mansion to yourselves. If their house on C street falls into the hands of ANY ONE of the 30 other IFC fraternities on campus, then that fraternity would instantly become a force to be reckoned with. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.8 Went and checked em out. Decided to rush elsewhere, but the guys are really cool, chill, sociable guys. Still got some friends in there. Overall good group of guys.
