Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.3 Seems that the cycle is happening. Houses@ Frat Circle are the place to be. Few years ago, all top houses were on Frat Row (Theta Chi, SAE, Chi Phi), now there is a transitioning of power to the Circle. While SigEp and Sigma Chi have ways to go, they are up there, along with Delta Sig. Cool guys, definitely threw some crazy ragers.. perhaps too crazy for their own good. Lost their house, can't be a top house if you don't have a house; especially if you lost a house in a prime location. TKE may be a top house as a result of this.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.5 These guys are true chillers, it's really a sad thing they lost the house but they'll keep doing their thing. Definitely a top house and they rage better than anyone else.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.5 They lost their house because some drunk girl fell down the stairs at one of their parties and chipped her tooth and preceded to bite her lip or tongue or whatever and had to have the ambulance come. There were also hella fights at that party. That would have been fine but they had just got off probation and were messing up with Tandem, the property owners, before by screwing up the house/having parties while on probation. So Tandem kicked them out. Now, they just sit on their couches and watch movies waiting until they get kicked out, right after school ends.
