Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.6 they have a cool house, threw the best welcome week party and hosted a phi's blackout tuesday which popped off. I don't know anything about their pledges but I think it's safe to say they're still at it

to be fair, i dont think they wanted theta or TKE as neighbors either (whichever you happen to be)
