Yo so this house is a waste of time and energy. No body wants to have exchanges with them, not even Chi Omega or Theta. Honestly people who joined because they were scared Of actual pledging or rejected everywhere else

Very genuine guys. Not very well known and not a typical fraternity but they like being out of the norm and I respect that.

the founders are people who were blacklisted/dropped from other fraternities. They have recruited people who 1. should not be in frats 2. were dropped/blacklisted from other fraternities. they are also a colony, which means that nationals is going to force them to do whatever they want, which will mean: 1. members will have no control 2. will bid anyone because this will get nationals more money and will make their chapter look "better" as it will have more "growth" bad investment

Funny goober! What you said is actually not the whole truth so stop pretending that you actually know what is going on. I'm not a Beta but I just felt compelled to respond to you. Are you even familiar with how colonies are generally started? Better yet, do you even know how your own frat colonizes schools? What does that even mean - "recruited people who should not be in frats?" Are you even aware of the many changes taking place in Greek Life nationally? Obviously not! More students are now going Greek which means all kinds of people are joining. As for your other #1 and #2 - are you serious?? Can't even begin to tell you how totally false they are. It's ridiculous how many wrong things you said in your post. Get off this site and stop spreading rumors! You give Greek Life a bad name!

For a frat that doesn't have a house.... they are pretty well known and good at marketing themselves. At least they have buzz on greek rank and on campus unlike other already established frats. keep it up
