They have a few cool guys but they're often overlooked because of all the douchebags they have. Remember those guys in high school that weren't cool but tried really hard to be and then went to college? Well, they joined Sigma Chi. Good campus presence because well they try to be noticed. Parties are ok, they don't really have that many. Very conscious about their appearance, try to dress as fraternity gentlemen like as possible (button down with sperry's) because apparently they didn't get the memo we go Davis not Alabama. It comes off very forced and fake. No one in the greek system particularly likes them but they think all the sororities are in love with them although AXO and Tridelt really like them, none of the top houses really do. However, they are moving up in status.

I don't know why everyone is talking about the girls they got through informal recruitment... they only got 3 so is there really that much to say unless people are bsing... anyways the older girls are kind of on the heftier side but they do have a handful of pretty hot girls. Generally really nice, I don't feel judged when I talk to them. Although, the girls themselves are kind of boring... Very academically focused and try to be involved as much as possible, did anyone else see how good their greek week poster was? New girls are cute.

Visa Visa Mastercard. They're just kind of there. The other three top houses have something to be known for ...and then there's kappa. All the ones I've met have been pretty nice and they're all cute. Didn't get a good pledge class this year but there's always at least one top house that gets a bad pledge class a year (last year was APhi, year before was DG). They're pretty fun but I don't think they're that involved because they don't fine girls for missing things although they win greek week every year.

What isn't there to like about piphi. Nice girls who on the whole are very pretty, driven, and supportive. A girl mom and dad would be proud you brought home. Maybe not the Most social or the hottest...but a lot of the issues that "top tier sororitstuites" have don't come with these girls. Have a decent amount of athletic girls as well.

I have never considered Tridelt a "bottom" house... they're middle with AXO. Got some really cute girls this year. Attractiveness does decline the older the girl. Super down to earth and always a good time. They're down to party and no drama or bull with them. They do have a range of girls with a handful of weirdos and girls who tri way too hard to be cool, but for the most part most the girls are fun.

They lost their house because some drunk girl fell down the stairs at one of their parties and chipped her tooth and preceded to bite her lip or tongue or whatever and had to have the ambulance come. There were also hella fights at that party. That would have been fine but they had just got off probation and were messing up with Tandem, the property owners, before by screwing up the house/having parties while on probation. So Tandem kicked them out. Now, they just sit on their couches and watch movies waiting until they get kicked out, right after school ends.

Their pledge class are getting better and better! These girls not only know how to hang but they are also smart and willing to make the guy wine and dine them. Unlike others.
