All over the map in terms of looks, with some dimes and some whales though a fairly good average, but all in all they r upper middle tied with pi phi but with a much better attitude and fun to hang out with

alright guys, next year middles houses like them and sigma chi could make it to the top next year now that competition is gone, definitely a better house after their nationals came in... dont know if that one guy is on steroids or what but he is large and everyone is talking about his alleged steroid usage. definitely on the rise but still a middle house

Stop self rating guys. You definitely don't deserve all 5's but you also don't deserve all 1's. A lot of girls comment guys in Sigma Chi are "alright" leaning to "hot", definitely on the better end of the spectrum. With top houses gone and Sigma Chi being a pretty top-tier to begin with, Sigma Chi and 2 other fraternities may become top house soon. Involved in philanthropies outside of their own but were accused of helping another frat win KOH. Dress preppy, some people think they look like tools, a lot more think it's classy. Not enough parties, but heard they have a lot of kickbacks

bottom house, but will be making a rise with their new house where sig ep is, and with phi delt taking over the bottom spot, and sae and delta sig and pike and theta xi all falling, and middles moving to top, this bottom house is goin up only slightly tho
