Seems that the cycle is happening. Houses@ Frat Circle are the place to be. Few years ago, all top houses were on Frat Row (Theta Chi, SAE, Chi Phi), now there is a transitioning of power to the Circle. While SigEp and Sigma Chi have ways to go, they are up there, along with Delta Sig. Cool guys, definitely threw some crazy ragers.. perhaps too crazy for their own good. Lost their house, can't be a top house if you don't have a house; especially if you lost a house in a prime location. TKE may be a top house as a result of this.

Solid middle tier. People only like them for their open parties which are never really that much fun. The guys are a mix of douche bags and losers, especially some of their new pledge class. On the downhill though.

Sucks they don't have their house anymore and TKE is getting it! They are pretty awesome, but TKE will absolutely run frat circle now they they won't.

some are cool and fun to hang with, some are just plain nerd, or weird... they are alright in fun, definitely a middle house, and have a non existent pledge process, and care too much about gpa and awards no one really cares about. fairly stagnant

bottom house, but will be making a rise with their new house where sig ep is, and with phi delt taking over the bottom spot, and sae and delta sig and pike and theta xi all falling, and middles moving to top, this bottom house is goin up only slightly tho

not the classiest girls on the block to say the least but BABES and very fun if not the most fun of the top sororities... dont know about the bleaux rumors but they are definitely awesome... better than pi phi top 3 for sure

All over the map in terms of looks, with some dimes and some whales though a fairly good average, but all in all they r upper middle tied with pi phi but with a much better attitude and fun to hang out with

Throws parties that gets shut down way too early. I hear from a lot of guys and girls that 'the guys in TKE are weird people that just joined together in a drinking club'. Geeky/weird guys that are really but don't seem to belong in a Fraternity. Sort of goes with the saying, "If you can't go Greek, go TKE". However, they're taking over SigEp's house and are moving up the ladder. Will be interesting to see where they are within the next few pledge classes.
