They are really slimy and scummy, they look back at their former members that put them where they are, but they do nothing to better their frat. They were top house two years ago, but they have lost it and will just slide down the tiers. Theta Xi is the next SAE, Pike is the next AEPi.

ucd tridelts are cool. the girls are really chill, hella involved (cohooooo, asucd, sports, the arc), and are fun to party with. plus those rage tanks are sick

My best friend is in alpha phi so I have hung out with lots of this chapter. Such a great group of girls and always having fun. They seemed to be well balanced - I dont know how they all keep up with their events and keep good grades but they manage to pull it off! Love you ladies!

Have a terrible reputation. Once had a sorority friend of mine call me and pick her up from a PKA exchange because they wouldn't let her leave. I know a couple cool ones but most are not worth knowing. Definitely do not treat women well. I rated the 3 for Fun because I do not hang out at/around PKA enough to know "fun" they are. Most of them definitely put in gym time though.

Chi O was considered the bottom house when I was a freshman during Fraternity Rush. Have come a long way since then I would place them solidly middle around 3rd or 4th personally. Never heard anyone say "I really hate that Chi O" in the Greek community like can happen with other sororities. They are as involved as any other sorority. On average they have less "let's rage" girls. Best way I would explain it is: More GF potential and less PKA groupies. Every exchange with Chi O I have had has been fun. They are also less pretentious than other Sororities that think they are "top" can be.

The house and Brothers are extremely nice and helpful, they love meeting new people and having a good time. The front half of their house was recently renovated but their yard still needs some work. In general they are great guys even though they are "one of the top" fraternities on campus. They just like to do their own thing and don't worry too much about what others think of them.Good guys as a whole.
