This house is very diverse. And all the girls seem to genuinely get along with one another. They are the type of girls to take home to mom and dad. They could be a little more involved, but for the most part its a great house.

a lot of houses seem to be dropping off because their seniors are graduatiing. This house however seems like it benefits from their seniors graduating. They were the guys who tried to hard to win awards and not care about inter fraternity relations. these newer guys are hotter, more fun, and a lot friendlier than the seniors they had graduating. people talk about sigma chi and sig ep as top houses now and i can see that for next year. im actually interested in seeing how these younger, cooler guys handle the house

if they went to more exchanges with frats other than tx and delta sig then they wouldnt have the reputation of being catty and elitists. because other than that they are super chill girls that everyone likes

yeah they get good grades, but so do professional fraternities and no one considers professional fraternities top houses... They win awards because they have more representatives in IFC because no other fraternity cares other than Sigma Chi about those bs awards. And let's be real, they give bids to anyone who comes out to rush, and they don't pledge you're a member once you join. Half their members are super weird and the other half are cool, but a lot of them are graduating and the guys they got this year... yikes.

pi phi is known as a fun house and many girls participate on sports or im teams. they continue to be a top house and have a strong sisterhood. you always see pi phis wearing their letters around campus
