Ok so these guys are actually really nice, smart guys, they just try wayyy to hard to be frat. lay off it guys, that's not your style! Different than Sigep, Signu, etc. but deserve to be up there in rankings.

overall an above average house. some of the girls (about half, actually) think too much of themselves and act as if they are god's gift to the "men" of davis. but there are some really great ones in there if you look.

This frat is crashing harder than anybody else. Boys are pretty cute and their parites were fun, but generally all around doucheeee (taking the frat style too hard I think). But now they've lost their house so they'll probably fall into obscurity soon. No great loss, fortunately.

Top tier, yeah for sure. They're all sweet guys and throw good parties, but they've always seemed fairly bland. But don't get me wrong- all good guys and the other fraternities respect them, but besides being large and uncontroversial, with a decent membership- nothing much there. Same goes for signu.
