are these guys even a fraternity? small, weird, nobody knows who they are. no where close to even the middle of the rankings.

Parties are a lot of fun. Definitely different from other Chapters in overall personality and feel. A little on the smaller side, but guys in general are pretty cool.

Vvvvv obvious self rates.... How sad. But in all seriousness these guys aren't that bad. They made a dumb ass move though. Their old house was much better. Had a much larger common room and better location (to not get rolled by cops)
