they should not be considered at their current position. these rankings are flawed. if you want to actually get a sense of what the true rankings are, look at the discussion page. those are mostly correct. these guys are the hipsters of greek life, and they're not very popular. it's a shame they have a such a good house go to waste

Vvvvv obvious self rates.... How sad. But in all seriousness these guys aren't that bad. They made a dumb ass move though. Their old house was much better. Had a much larger common room and better location (to not get rolled by cops)
