actually a pretty solid house.... people rag on them because they're pretty big and popular but haters gonna hate... tke, sigma nu and sig ep are prolly top 3 houses if you consider anything besides the parties they throw (when you take that it takes theta xi and pike down to bottom houses, lol)

They throw the best parties and have a huge house. They could really have a better dance floor but I guess the fact that it is always packed only means they throw crazy good parties.

The most beautiful house in Davis. By far. These girls def have the reputation of being the nicest, but I don't really know that many to validate this. I would say they are lower top tier. Only problem is they don't party very hard at all.

Brothers are mostly ok but they don't throw enough open parties and apparently gave out tons of bids so unless they have a packed social calendar I don't really know what they can do to get a better reputation than what they're stuck with
