If you dont think theta xi is THE top house at UCD, you must not be very involved on campus because these guys are everywhere. I dont know how they do it but they seem to be able to put up #'s in the gym, donate $ to charity and get ladies #'s at their crazy exchanges. They are the most well respected, most established fraternity at UCD and therefore serve as a model for the other fraternities.

Top sorority girls involve with top feats like delta sig. Everyone rated them as bottom ever since they lost their house but hey bottom amd lameass frats, they probably feel sorry for getting a house next year and being the top :) def rush delta sig and get the hottest chicks.

Great solid group of guys, awesome parties and they are all down to earth. Pretty active group considering they are not extremely large in numbers. I honestly feel like the negative comments are other fraternities trying to give them a bad rep. Good overall.

Have come to be one of the top houses on campus. Used to have some super weird and creepy dudes but now they have some of the coolest guys I now. Really fun to party with so Yay for Pike!!
