Definitely top house. After getting a new house their parties have been crackin. I know that every time I go there I will have a great time. They also have tons of cuties.

Top house, no debate. People who don't realize this just haven't met enough Sigma Nu's. Their parties are legit if you are fortunate enough to go to one. Never had a bad time there.
