i think this house has improved a lot with the past couple pledge classes. their parties get better and better each year and all the weirdos are soon leaving. i think this house has lots of potential for the future, lets see what they can do.

I don't understand why Theta Chi isn't ranked higher! The majority of their brothers are nice, polite, and welcoming, and they always throw good exchanges. Their Halloween party is by far, better than Theta Xi's, and they have an ideally located house. Plus, these guys are actually smart! I see them everywhere on campus, and they have a great turnout at IFC's study lounge. They seem to have a good balance of school, partying, and brotherhood.

agreed with the bottom comment!! however they are moving up. just give them a couple of years and they will be the top house. they are a nice group of ladies and looks shouldnt be the only thing that matters. But since they do, they still have work to do!
