Kappa Sig is top house, no question. These girls are down to rage and have so much substance. First year on campus and already a top house means that this is the place to be, nowhere to go but up. They have the sickest exchanges and they're working on getting the Chi-O house also. Check them out dudes, because unless you're a 10, they aren't checking you out.

I used to not be a fan of them, but most of their weirder guys graduated or are graduating this year, they probably have one of the best/attractive pledge classes ive seen this year and I can tell the younger guys are going to take them far

Parties harder than Pi Kap at U of A. Idk how they did it, but they found the most bro bros on campus and colonized. They are building a new house built for the craziest parties in Davis, and they've got a huge amount of money behind them to do that. Stoked to see where they are by the end of the year, but if you didn't rush pi kap, you missed out.
