These guys are all friendly and fun to chill with, their open parties are always pretty fun. Also the new construction made their look better. Not the best house but it's growing

This house rages the hardest and has the biggest frat stars you've ever seen. They do treat women nicely, but they love bad girls, I'd know ;) Watch what they do this spring, they have the best house location and they consistently get the top guys. The guys they gave a bid to turned down Pike, Theta Xi, Sigep, and Delta Sig for ASig. Do it big, go A sig!

Every time I come here I have a great time. Every brother I've met is a real sweety and one of them even walked me home from a party! Most of the guys seem to be a lot of fun, but not douchey at all. Overall, I love this house, but they are definitely one of the smaller/ less known ones at the school. Wish more people knew about them!

Out with the old, in with the not so new! Phi delt has been around on the Davis campus for longer than any other fraternity. They just rebuild their house and it will be the #1 place to rage and to live in. They know how to party, they know how to treat women, and they know how to recruit solid guys. Top house next year hands down, and watch out because they will dethrone pike, theta xi, and even sigma chi and sigep.
