I don’t know what makes the “best” frat. These boys are smart, sweet, and seem to get along with each other great. No douchebags is a plus. One of the smaller houses by the arc, so a good location for social events / parties too.

Idk why their ranking is SO high considering the only house I'd rank them above is chi o. Every pnm during rush tries to drop this house, but can't because they literally ask EVERYONE back. A lot of people would rather drop then stay and get a bid from theta. They need to stop self-ranking, nobody considers them a top house.

ADPi is full of tri delt rejects. They're all kinda weird and awkward, you usually end up here if the house you wanted rejects you during rush but you desperately want to be in a sorority. They're better than chio and theta, but during rush they were on the bottom of most girls rankings, and most people would rather drop than be in this.

Pi phi is where you will find the girls who are pretty, but still genuine, unlike some other sororities who just rank based on looks, pi phi actually cares about academics and character.

lol dg rejects!!!! they literally have the lowest retention rates and didn't meet quota this year so they were calling up girls they dropped during rush and giving bids out on bid day.
