A lot of kappas are cute and sweet. I don't see them together a lot but they are energetic fun girls. They could be more involved around campus, in philanthropies and with one another but overall I like them

I don't know why some people are rating them badly, theta chi's are so much nicer than the guys in most of the other houses and they are a lot of fun to party with

In terms of looks the house is split in half. Some are hot while others are not.

This house is moving up with a good fall recruitment. I can totally see them catching up with kappa. They do have some work to do though but it helps that some of their bigger/less attractive girls graduated. There is still some polarization of half hot half not girls in this house but a good recruitment could tip the ratio more toward the half hot side. Overall a pretty good house. Solidly upper middle tier.
