Nobody cares about Pike. Girls don't like them and they are going to give their house up so Sigma Nu can use it as a library to study and hold all of their trophies. They have too many trophies btw because they are FRATERNITY OF THE YEAR FOR LIKE THE PAST 094785 YEARS. But they're humble, so you wouldn't know. Back to pike, yeah they are no fun. Bottom house easy.

I think its fair to say these guys are one of the top houses (among 2 or 3 others). However, many girls I've spoken to have had bad experiences with these guys. I personally have only met some of their new guys -- most of which I have had a good interaction with. Hopefully their newest members take Pike in a positive direction where they are more liked by everyone. I'm not entirely sure how good their brotherhood is, its probably okay.

Been in Davis for a year and wasn't even really aware of these guys existence. This year it appears they are more visible. As a whole though, my impression is that they're entirely average, but think that they aren't. The snapbacks and hawaiian shirts uniform honestly makes them look like clowns. They got the old pike house on first street. If I were rushing, I guess I'd check them out, but only as a second or third choice.

As a member of another fraternity, I think that AEPI is pretty solid. I've got a few friends there and they're great guys. They welcome others into their parties and have always been nice to me and others. I wouldn't quite pin them as a top-house, but they're upper-middle. People like them, other fraternities like them. Above-average.

Realistically, stating that they are a middle-tier is a bit of compliment, but I wouldn't quite put them at bottom-tier. Lower-middle would be accurate. TKE nationally is kind of a joke of a fraternity. The cliche phrase "If you can't go greek, go TKE" really never loses its relevance. There are probably a few decent dudes here, but as an organization they're kind of a joke. Don't be fooled by the reviews, if you go to Davis you know they're hilariously exaggerated.

The lower ratings are laughable, this is one of the two or three top houses, and I'm not in this house. They throw dope parties, and the house is filled with chill dudes.
