They win awards that no one in the Greek system at UC Davis cares about or puts effort into. They sat in the FRONT ROW at Greek awards night... House full of dweebs and nerds that like to drink a few alcohols during the month.

Theta Chi rages harder than any other house. Totally not full of randos and awks. They sit outside on their front yard and play drinking games, so they must be sick! Neighbors with Pi Phi, and that pretty much makes them like boyfriends of the house! Totally rush here! Legends and the Kings of Russell.

Pike is easily the best fraternity in Davis. Girls are always stoked to have an exchange with them, and they're always down to chill or rage. Their house on Russell is definitely a boost.
