Have only had good interactions with these guys. I've met a few and thought they were cool guys. One of their members almost broke my windpipe with a choke during a grappling match at the arc but was otherwise a very nice guy (Kid is scary strong - afraid to grapple with him again lol) A good frat overall

I heard they're getting kicked out of their house, charter revoked for 15 years, campus nonrecognition, they have like 6 guys left (not including in n out dude), evicted for spring quarter, fined, no place to live, not celebrating picnic day and they're actively trying to cancel houseboats and sabotage the entire prestigious fraternity system of UC Davis. Also, they make noise during weekend evenings.
