I love SigEp! A lot of people outside of Greek Life are not familiar with them because they have not been able to host an open party lately. Whenever I've been around the guys at an exchange they're always fun and not creeps like some fraternities. Always making sure the girls are safe. They always participate in philo events. Honestly if you give them a bad ranking thats because you don't know them well enough or you're trying to raise your own fraternity ranking. They're a top house, simple.

Yeah, I've seen a few comments disappear... But the deleted posts were just really rude insults against the members rather than actual content, so whatever... Not the most popular sorority and their party scene is pretty tame, but they have a good sisterhood and everyone's nice/not stuck up.
